Due to our continued global growth, we are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR and Recruitment team at our HQ in Limerick. The successful candidate will be fluent in English with 2+ years' previous experience in a similar role Previous experience recruiting for the technology / software sector is preferred but not essential.


The role involves:


  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and the company database.
  • Qualifying candidate's suitability for positions.
  • Arranging interview and preparing candidates to attend interviews
  • Negotiation of salary or pay rates
  • Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date
  • Utilizing the company database and ensuring data is recorded accurately and up to date.
  • Ensuring all sales targets are achieved.
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks
